Refund Policy

At The Doctor [dot] Earth, we operate on a high-standard digital and physical distribution model. Please read our refund protocols carefully before completing your transaction.

01. Production & Creative Services

All studio engagements, including production, mixing, and mastering, involve non-retrievable labor hours. No refunds will be issued once a project has been scheduled or work has commenced.

• If a project is cancelled by the client prior to the start date, a 50% kill-fee may apply to cover lost studio time.

02. Digital Assets & Downloads

Due to the irreversible nature of digital transmission, all sales of digital albums, sample packs, and MIDI libraries are strictly non-refundable. Accessing the download link constitutes a completed and final transaction.

03. Physical Merchandise

Refunds for physical goods (CDs, Vinyl, Apparel) are only considered within 14 days of delivery and are subject to the following:

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and pristine condition.
• Defective or damaged media will not be replaced or refunded.
• All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

04. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by our administration, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Transaction fees from third-party processors (PayPal/Stripe) may be non-refundable.
