Thank you for choosing The Doctor [dot] Earth. We strive to provide the highest quality in music and merchandise. Please review our protocol regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

01. Music Services & Production

Because music production, mixing, and mastering involve specialized labor and creative time, these services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Revisions: To ensure satisfaction, we provide three (3) rounds of revisions per project.
• Cancellations: If you cancel a service before work has begun, a full refund will be issued.

02. Digital Downloads

Digital products—including sample packs and digital albums—are considered "used" once downloaded or accessed. Therefore, all digital sales are final.

Note: If you encounter a technical issue or a corrupted file, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement access link.

03. Physical Merchandise

For items such as apparel, vinyl, or physical CDs, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

• Items must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition.
• Defective media will not be replaced.
• Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

04. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or report an issue, please follow these steps:

Email support@thedoctor.earth with your Order ID.
Provide a brief description of your request.
Once reviewed, we will provide further instructions if the request is eligible.
