Our logistics network ensures that physical assets from The Doctor [dot] Earth are dispatched with professional care. Please review our global shipping protocols below.

01. Order Processing

All physical orders (Vinyl, Apparel, CDs) are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Note: During high-volume release periods, processing may be delayed by an additional 72 hours.

02. Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize Tier-1 carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure global reach.

• Domestic: 5-7 Business Days
• International: 10-21 Business Days

03. Global Compliance

The Doctor [dot] Earth is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

04. Liability Disclaimer

The Doctor [dot] Earth is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
• Defective or damaged media will not be replaced.
